Why storage
A storage water heater heats and holds hot water in an insulated tank. When you open the tap you get stored hot water at household pressure — better for showers, two bathrooms, and families who run out of hot water on an instant unit.
We survey the space, check the isolator and pipe size, then install or replace. If you switched from an instant heater with a DC pump, we also check whether pipes should be upsized and whether a small booster is needed.
We recommend a suitable market unit after measuring — Joven, Rheem, Ariston and similar — or install your own supply. Not an official dealership.
What it usually costs

How much is storage water heater installation?
Labour from S$280. Instant from S$180. Unit, piping and GST separate. Confirm after survey.
Storage or instant?
Choose storage for stable shower pressure and enough hot water for more than one point. Instant is smaller and cheaper to hang but can feel weak on low incoming pressure.
Can I buy my own heater?
Yes. Customer-supplied units after we check fit and isolator. Survey first for under-sink kitchens.
Do I need a PRV?
Yes — correctly sized pressure and temperature relief piped to drain. Seized or choked discharge means the tank should not be reused.
