When instant fits
Most HDB bathrooms run one shower at a time — an instant heater is usually enough and needs no ceiling tank. It heats water as it flows.
Limits: one unit is sized for one outlet. Two showers at once drops temperature and flow. For dual bathrooms, consider storage or one unit per bathroom.
